Kelly Young is a high-performance and mindset coach with over 20 years of experience in mental skills training . She works with corporate teams, sports organisations, and driven individuals to build mental toughness, manage stress, and perform under pressure.
Drawing on both professional expertise and personal experience overcoming setbacks, she helps people align their actions with long-term goals through a practical framework focused on mindset, health, leadership, and connection.

Regan Green is a coach and breathwork facilitator helping parents, professionals, and everyday athletes build resilience and perform under pressure.
Combining movement, mental skills, breathwork, and recovery practices, he teaches practical tools to manage stress, build discipline, and develop lasting confidence. His coaching focuses on operating better, with greater focus, control, and sustainable performance.
