  • 7 x 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom (approx. 60 min each).
  • Your personal Notion dashboard - a dedicated online space where we build your goals, track habits, and review your progress together.
  • Direct access via text - you'll have our number and can reach out during work hours when you need support between sessions.
